We represent multiple international fashion brands and work daily with retailers in the Benelux. In this role, you are an important link within the team and support both sales, showroom activities, and office organization.
What will you do?
- Support the sales team in daily operations
- Maintain contact with stores and retail partners
- Process orders, emails, and customer data
- Prepare and send lookbooks, order sheets, and product information
- Support showroom appointments with buyers and retailers
- Assist in the preparation of trade fairs, previews, and showroom presentations
- Ensure the showroom and office are organized and presentable
- Provide general administrative and organizational support
Who are we looking for?
- You are organized, proactive, and hands-on
- You have an affinity with fashion and retail
- You work accurately and keep an overview
- You communicate easily with clients and colleagues
- You speak Dutch and English

- 16–24 hours per week (Monday is a fixed working day, other days in consultation)
- During the sales season (mid-June to mid-September and mid-December to mid-March) you will mainly work from the office in Rotterdam. Outside these periods, remote work is also possible.
