Senior Brand Marketeer

Hooijer Footwear Group is a full-service footwear company handling marketing for no fewer than nine leading brands and their associated webshops in the Benelux and DACH region. Together with your direct colleagues, you will have the opportunity to elevate the branding of the brands in our portfolio, both B2B and B2C, to the next level.
Our portfolio includes the following brands: Lazamani, HUNTER, Sockwell, KEEN, Tofvel, Toni Pons, Jan Jansen, HEYDUDE, and CROCS.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute international marketing campaigns, both online and offline, targeting B2B and B2C audiences;
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies, for both B2B and B2C, to increase customer engagement and drive sales;
- Build a strong and engaged community;
- Ensure the maintenance and quality of all owned media;
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior, using this knowledge to create innovative marketing concepts;
- Manage the (online) presence to ensure a consistent and up-to-date brand experience;
- Organize photoshoots;
- Collaborate with our graphic designer and other brand marketers to develop creative content;
- Measure and report on the results of marketing efforts.
In this role, you will report to the Marketing and E-commerce Manager. You will act as a connector and work closely with other brand marketers and colleagues from various departments, including sales.
Who are we looking for?
If you are energized by the responsibilities outlined above and recognize yourself in the following requirements, you have everything it takes to succeed in this role:
- A bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset;
- 3–5 years of proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment;
- Analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions;
- Ability to perform under pressure and switch quickly between brands;
- Strong communication skills and an excellent eye for detail;
- Ownership and a high sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of the German market;
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, and German;
- A passion for the fashion industry and building strong brands.
