Rules

Construction and dismantling

Construction is possible on the Friday before the event between 9:00 am and 5:00 p. Also on the dat of the event itself from 7:30 am to 8:45 am.
Make sure you have finished your stand well in time. It can be experienced as annoying for your colleagues if you are not ready on time. The fair will start at 9am.
Dismantling is only permitted after 5 pm. This to make sure the event is accessible whole day. 

Uniformity

It is not permitted to place brand banners, promotional material or large objects without permission of the organization.
We want to present all brands and products uniformly. If we do see this, we will kindly ask you to leave it out.

Do not place products on the floor;
Do not place anything above a height of 1.50 meter;
Do not move units on your own initiative;
Do not stick anything on the units.

Coffee, tea and drinks

Coffee, tea and soft drinks are regularly distributed by CAST management.
